Brian S. Rosinski is a 2001 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Rosinski attained his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004. While attending law school, Mr. Rosinski was a certified legal intern in the University’s Pro Bono Health Law Clinic. He also earned the CALI Award for Excellence for academic achievement in the subject of Real Estate Regulation and the Environment.
Mr. Rosinski was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in December 2004. Before joining McCarthy McDonald Schulberg & Joy as an associate, Mr. Rosinski worked as a law clerk for the firm. Mr. Rosinski works in all areas of family law, including child support, spousal support, alimony, equitable distribution, child custody, protection from abuse and the drafting of a variety of marital agreements, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Mr. Rosinski contributes his time to the Neighborhood Legal Services Pro Bono Protection from Abuse Program, representing indigent persons seeking protection from abuse orders, and the pro se motions program assisting clients with motions practice in family court.
Mr. Rosinski is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh’s Leadership Development Initiative XV, a non-profit organization that promotes economic and regional development. Mr. Rosinski volunteers his time to the United Way through evaluation of grant proposals; and he is a member of the United Way’s Young Leaders Group. Mr. Rosinski is also a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is a member of the Young Lawyers Division and Family Law Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
