Kathryn Rosinski, Pittsburgh Family Law Attorney

Kathryn Rosinski concentrates her practice in all aspects of family law, including equitable distribution, spousal support, alimony, child support, child custody, and protection from abuse, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, among others. She is a skilled litigator, having spent the first seven years of her career at a large international law firm as a litigation associate, where she handled complex, multimillion-dollar commercial, and insurance litigation matters.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Rosinski was an Assistant Brand Manager for H.J. Heinz for four years, where she helped to manage business activities and make all strategic decisions affecting several product lines.

She is a 2002 graduate of Miami University of Ohio, with a degree in Marketing. Ms. Rosinski obtained her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2009, graduating in the top 20% of her class.

Ms. Rosinski is a member of the Women’s Leadership Council of the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, the Allegheny County Bar Association, and the Women in the Law Division in the ACBA. She has participated in various pro bono projects, including representing a federal prisoner with various human rights violations and representing clients in obtaining Protection from Abuse Orders.

Ms. Rosinski is the co-author of the lead article for the Fall 2015 update for New Appleman on Insurance, a leading insurance law treatise, entitled “The Dilemmas Posed by Conflicting ‘Other Insurance’ Clauses of the Same Type in Liability Insurance.”

Ms. Rosinski has been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list in both 2019 and 2020, which is a distinction held by only 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania.
